
Caregiver Education Program: Prenatal Yoga

Join Lauren Sacks of Whole Mama Yoga for this FREE prenatal yoga class and build a deeper connection to yourself and other pregnant parents. Lauren’s prenatal classes begin with a short check in and include yoga poses and breathwork supportive to all trimesters of pregnancy. Building both strength and flexibility can help ease the physical challenges of pregnancy and better prepare your body for labor. Meditation and mindfulness cultivate more present awareness – crucial in both pregnancy and throughout parenting!
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it! If not, there will be some available to use.
